In 2010, in addition to its own resources, Slovanet made use of resources received from the European Social Fund for a project to strengthen competitiveness and adaptability through employee training, as part of training activities aimed at increasing employees’ skills.
The telecommunications operator Slovanet regularly invests in training activities aimed to improve its employees’ skills. In addition to its own resources, in 2010 Slovanet also used the funds received from the European Social Fund – a non-repayable financial contribution of EUR 80,088.83 for the project Strengthening the Competitiveness and Adaptability of Slovanet, a.s. through employee training.
The overall objective of the project was to increase the skills of employees in order to increase their adaptability to changed conditions and improve their working potential. This, in turn, resulted in increased employee productivity and the quality of services provided, which is directly reflected in the increased satisfaction of our customers, thereby stabilizing them to remain with our services and products.
Employee training took place at the Slovanet, a.s. in Trenčín from April 2010 to February 2011.
This project was implemented thanks to support from the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Employment and Social Inclusion. For more information about assistance, visit www.esf.gov.sk and www.sia.gov.sk
