Our principles

For Slovanet, responsibility is an important term. It ensures a reliable and responsible partnership with the government, business partners and clients. The company has created a Ethical Code and a Charter of Customer Loyalty, by adhering to which, the company increases customer satisfaction growth.

The provided services are inherently environmentally friendly, which is complemented by other internal environmental policies and activities. In line with its philosophy, the company communicates openly and transparently with the media and the public. As far as possible, it assists a number of charities and community service activities.

Slovanet operates in the field of services that are already environmentally friendly. Nevertheless, it seeks to contribute to sustainable development through other activities:

  • it has been increasing the share of greener electronic recharging of prepaid service credit in the long term
  • is gradually moving to electronic sending of invoices instead of paper invoices
  • the largest branches in Bratislava and Trenčín carry out paper collection
  • ensures environmentally friendly disposal of discarded equipment, toner and printer cartridges
  • prefers to purchase technological equipment that meets stricter environmental standards.
