{"id":5585,"date":"2019-09-02T16:02:13","date_gmt":"2019-09-02T14:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biznis.slovanet.net\/ochrana-osobnych-udajov\/"},"modified":"2025-12-15T10:24:55","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T09:24:55","slug":"personal-data-protection","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biznis.slovanet.net\/en\/personal-data-protection\/","title":{"rendered":"Personal Data Protection"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>RELATED LEGISLATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our company is intensively committed to ensuring the protection of processed personal data and other data, including the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Act no. 18\/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016\/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data &#8211; GDPR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pursuant to Act no. 351\/2011 Z.z. on electronic communications, as amended, and Act no. 18\/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, we process personal data in the smallest amount that can be provided to us under the aforementioned legal standards.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>DATA PROTECTION OFFICER<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have an appointed person in charge &#8211; <strong>Data Protection Officer (DPO)<\/strong>, whom a concerned person can contact at any time by the data subject with questions and requests for information on the processing of personal data by Slovanet or with a request for the realization of one of the data subjects&#8217; rights under the GDPR:<\/p>\n<p>The person concerned may contact the responsible person by email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mgr. <span data-teams=\"true\">Vladim\u00edr Uhrinec<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>e-mail:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:gdpr@slovanet.net\">gdpr@slovanet.net<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our certification and employee training<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In relation to personal data protection and <strong>information security<\/strong>\u00a0we have implemented and certified information security management system (SMIB) in accordance with the international standard <strong>ISO\/IEC 27001:2013.<\/strong>\u00a0It includes a document: <strong>DOK-SMIB-001 Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e1 politika<\/strong>\u00a0and other managed &#8211; internal documents that govern the principles of ensuring the protection of personal data.
